Our Services

Upon reflection, I have found the TIE modules extremely helpful and beneficial. They have raised my awareness of key issues around inclusion and equality, while also providing clear, practical guidance when any of these issues arise.

The workshops also contributed to our development as a rights-respecting school, promoting equality and awareness of diversity and gender stereotypes. This was a really beneficial experience for our pupils, and I would highly recommend it to all schools.

A Decade of Change

We began our work in 2015 as a grassroots campaign, with the aim of addressing homophobic, biphobic, and transphobic bullying with an educational approach in Scotland’s schools. Our campaign led to Scotland becoming the first country in the world to agree to integrate LGBT themes - including diverse families, anti-bullying, history, and rights - across the school curriculum. We are now a national charity with a dedicated staff team, including GTCS-registered teachers who create and deliver our school services and resources.
