Overview

We work with professional football clubs and schools across Scotland to support a proactive approach to addressing prejudice and strengthening inclusion within football.

Our football workshops have been developed specifically for young players and use discussion, activities, history and first-hand experiences from across the game. Sessions help players think critically about discriminatory language, prejudice and the culture of football, while considering the practical role that individuals and teams can play in creating respectful and welcoming environments.

Our workshops are designed for young men and young women within academy settings at professional football clubs. They can also be delivered to established football teams in secondary and primary schools.

School workshops are specifically designed for football teams and are not offered as general classroom sessions.

Through our work with players, teams and clubs, we aim to strengthen understanding, encourage empathy and give young people the confidence to challenge prejudice within football.
