We have a passionate and motivated group of staff and pupils driving forward inclusive education at our school. The toolkit provided us with a way to plan and evaluate our priorities this year, and we were delighted to successfully complete the first stage of the toolkit.
The Stage 1 and Stage 2 training for staff has been excellent. Colleagues have been very positive about the quality and impact of the training, and from our recent survey, we know that staff feel confident about their role in providing inclusive education and where to find resources.
Having TIE deliver S1-6 assemblies on the use of prejudice-based language and the impact of bullying has been extremely valuable for our pupils. Pupils responded well to the personal experiences that were shared and the feedback received from pupils has been fantastic.
Overall, we can’t speak highly enough of our experience of working with TIE. The quality of their resources, training and support has exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to working with them as we continue our inclusive education journey.
